�� John V. DeLong, Jr.;�being first duly sworn upon his
oath, deposes and says:
That he is more than sixty-one (61) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that
of a banker.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot number 31 in.the Original Plan of the
Town of Fort Branch, in Gibson County, Indiana.
Beina the same real estate described in Deed
Record 104, page 363, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana,;
and that he knows of his own�knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Bernard G. Wea�er and Edith
F. Wever, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
A�fiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Bernard G. wever died intestate, on or about May 4
1962, and that said Bernard G. Weaver and Edith F. Weaver were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Bernard G.
Weaver.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Bernard G. Weaver at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
caas less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Es�e Tax.
