AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENA\TCY BY ENTIRETY
Esther Marie will, being first duly sworn upon her
oath deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty-nine (59) years of age,
a resident of Gibson County, Indiana and her occupation is that
of a housewife,
That she is familiar with the following described
real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
(1) Lots Vumber one hundred fifty-two (152), one
hundred-fifty three (153),one hundred fifty-four
(154) and 30.5 feet off of the north side of lot
number one hundred fifty five (155) in the Original
Plan to the Town of Haubstadt, in Gibson County,
Indiana;
being the same real estate described in Deed
Record 108, page 7, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana.
(2) A part of the south half of the southwest quarter
of section 31, township 3 south, range 10 west,
and bounded as follows:
Beginning on the east boundary line of the Evansville
and Terre Haute Railroad at a point ten (10) feet
south of the intersection of said line with the line
dividing the north and south halves of said southwest
quarter and run thence south six (6) degrees east
along said Railroad Line sixty-five and four tenths
(65.4) feet, thence east one hundred ninety-four
and nine tenths (194.9) feet, thence north six (6)
degrees west sixty-five and four tenths (65.4)feet,
and thence west one hundred ninety-four and nine
tenths (194.9) feet to the point of beginning;
being the same real estate described in Deed
Record 124, page 220, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana.
-(3) Thirty-nine and one-half (39�) feet off of the south
end of Lot Number One (1) in the Original Plan of
the Town of Haubstadt;
beincj the same real estate described in Deed
Record�166, page 465, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana. .;.
(4) Twenty-five and one-half (252) feet off of the north
side of Lot One.(1) and three and one-half (3Z) feet�
off of the south side of Lot Two (2) in the Original
Plan of the Town of Haubstadt;
being the same real estate described in Deed
Record 166, page 466, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson Count_y, Zndiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Leo H. Will and Esther Marie
Wi11, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.

Affiant further states that she knows of her own
knowledge that the said Leo H. Will died testate, on or about
Seotember 4, 1973, and that said Leo H. Will and Esther Marie
[9i11 were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
Leo H. Will.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own
knowledge that the value of the estate of said Leo H. Will
at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal
Estate Tax laws will probably not be subject to any Federal
Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
