Affiant furtlier states that he knows of his own
knowledge that the said Jane Williams died intestate, on or about
April 22, 1971, and that the said Joseph H. Williams and Jane A,
Williams, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said Jane A. Williams.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own
knowledge that the value of the estate of said Jane A. Williams,
at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate
Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
