AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY / �%d���'�
Mabel P, winget being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than seventy (70) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
The east half of the northeast quarter of Section twenty-one (21),
township two (2) south, range nine (9) west, containing 80 acres,
more or less. EXCEPTING therefrom all the coal underlying said
real estate heretofore sold to Ben J. Gerst by deed recorded in
Deed Record 84, page 102 of the records of said Gibson County,
Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 125, page 116,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Willard R. Winget and Mabe1�P.
Winget, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that.the,said willard R. Winget died intestate on or about the 12th
day of November, 1975, and that the said Willard R. Winget and Mabel P.
winget were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
willard R. winget. �
Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal
Estate Tax; but fortthe determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax
see Probate Dkt. No. PR 75 - , Office of the Clerk of the Gibson
Circuit Court.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
