AFFIDAVIT SHOWING DATE OF DEATH AND HEIRSHIP
The undersigned, Norman W. Wolfe, being first duly
sworn on oath deposes and says:
(1) That he is more than forty (40) years of age
and a resident of the Town of Haubstadt, Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he is the son of Henry Wolfe, now deceased, and Rose M.
Wolfe, deceased.
(2) That the said Henry Wolfe died intestate,
ident of Gibson County on June 9, 1971, the owner of the
following described parcels of real.estate situate in the
of Haubstadt, Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
Tract 1:

A part of the north half of the southwest quarter of section
number thirty-one (31) in Township number three south, range ten
(10) west and bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at a point
twenty-eight and one-half (28�x) rods east from the center of the
Chicago & Eastern railroad track.on the line of said north half
quarter section and running thence north seven (7) rods; thence
east five and one-half rods (Sz); thence south seven (7) rods;
thence west five and one-half (Sz) rods to the place of beginning.
Together with all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 88, page 320,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
Tract 2:
A part of_the North half of the South-west quarter of Section
No, thirty one (31), Township No.` th'ree (3) South, Range ten (10)
West and bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at a point
twenty-eight and one-half (28z) rods East and seven (7) rods North
from the center of the Chicago & Eastern Railroad track on the
line of said north half quarter section and running thence north
fifteen and one half (152) rods or to the South line of the
adjoining Georqe Kuhn Land on the East & West 1ine, thence East
five and one half (Sz) rods, thence South fifteen and one half
(15Z) rods, thence West five and one half (5�) rods to the place
of beginning, containing one half acre, more or less.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 110, Page 178,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
(3) That he knows of his own knowledge that as of tfie
date of his demise, the said Henry Wolfe left a surviving widow
and six (6) children, towit: Rose M. Wo1fe (widow), Marie M.
Houston (daughter), August E. Wolfe (son), Norman W. Wolfe (son),
Raymond O. t9olfe (son), Estelle H. Rueger (daughter), and Jeanette
A. Speer (daughter).
(4) That the inheritance tax on the estate of Henry
Wolfe, deceased, was determined by the Gibson Circuit Court in
Cause No. PR 73 - 129 and said estate found not liable for an
Indiana Inheritance Tax.
(5) This affiant further says that the above designated
Rose M. Wo1fe died intestate a resident of Gibson County, Indiana
on February 5, 1973 and left as her sole and only heirs at law her
six (6) children, towit:

Marie M. Houston (daughter), August E. Wolfe (son), Norman W.
Wolfe (son), Raymond O. Wolfe (son), Estelle H. Rueger (daughter),
and Jeanette A. Speer (daughter).
(6) That the inheritance tax due on the estate of
Rose M. wolfe was determined by this court in Cause No, PR 73 - 130
and said estate found liable for a net inheritance tax in the sum
of Thirty-six Dollars and twenty cents ($3.6.20) which said sum was
duly paid.
(7) This affiant knows of his own knowledge that each
of the parties designated in this affidavit is a legal adult.
(8) This affidavit is made for the purpose of establishing
the date of the death of the said Henry iVOlfe (deceased) and the
date of death of Rose M. Wolfe (deceased) together with the establish-
ment of the heirship of each the said Henry Wolfe (deceased) and
Rose M. Wolfe (deceased).
(9) That this affidavit is for the further use of
obtaining a transfer of said real estate on the tax duplicates of
the Office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana to the name of
Norman W. Wolfe etal.
Further this affiant saith not.
