Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 88, page 320, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, A part of the North half of the southwest quarter of Section No. thirty-one (31), Tooanship No, three (3) South, Range ten (10) West and bounded as folloo�s, towit: Beginning at a point twenty-eight and one-half (28Z) rods East and seven (7) rods North from the center of the Chicago & Eastern Railroad track on the line of said North half quarter section and running thence North fifteen and one-half (15?) rods or to the South line of the adjoining George Kuhn Land on the East S;*rlest line, thence East five and one-half (5'�) rods, thence South fifteen and one-half (15z) rods, thence west five and one-half (5z) rods to the place o` beginning, containing one- half acre, more or less. � Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 110, page 178, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; This affiant further says that the said Henry Wolfe died, intestate, (with no administration being had on his estate) on June 9, 1971, leaving as his sole and only heirs at law the following: Rose Wolfe (surviving widow); August Wolfe (adult son); Norman Wolfe (adult son); Marie Houston (adult daughter); Ray Wolfe (adult son); Stella Rueger,(adult daughter)' and Jeanette Speer (adult daughter). .. This affiant further says that the said above designated Rose Wolfe as the surviving widow of Henry Wolfe, deceased, died, intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on February 5, 1973, � _ :: � � .' r 6 and that the administration in connection with her estate is - designated as PR 73 - , Office of'the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court; that the said Rose Wolfe, as said surviving widow of Henry Wolfe, deceased, left as her sole and only heirs at law the foTlowing: August Wolfe-(adult son); Norman Wolfe (adult son); Marie Houston (adult daughter); Ray Wolfe (adult.son); Stella Rueger (adult daughter) and Jeanette Speer (adult daughter). This affidavit is made by the above designated affiant (Norman Wolfe) as the adult son and one of the heirs of both.said xenry Wolfe and Rose Wolfe, each of which is not deceased; for the purpose of establishing the date of death and heirship of both Henry wolfe and Rose Wolfe; and, for the further purpose of estab- lishing the chain of title to the real estate hereinabove described; and in order to have the proper transfer made of said real estate from Henry Wolfe (deceased) to Rose wolfe etal., and from Rose Wolfe etal., to the above designated heirs at law of both the said Henry Wolfe and Rose Wolfe, each of which is now deceased.
