[400druff, being first duly - sworn on his oath says: --' — ► 1, That he is the son and one of the heirs at law of Theron Woodruff, deceased, who died intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on October 29, 1971, leaving surviving him as his sole heis at law the following: Nannie E. Woodruff, the third wife by whom he had no children, but did so leave the following designated sons and daughter from the marriage with his first wife, towit: M. Vernor Woodruff (son), George T. Woodruff (son), and Cleota Woodruff Self (daughter). That the said Theron Woodrnff owned at the date of his demise the following described real estate in Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of the northwest quarter of Section 18, town 2 south, range 10 west, described as follows: Begin at a point 1075.86 feet west and 702.2 feet north of the southeast corner of said quarter section and run thence north 200 feet; thence south, 88,75 degrees east,. 70 feet; thence south 200 feet; thence north, 88.75 degrees west, 70 feet to the place of beginning. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of establishing the death and heirship of the said Theron Woodruff, deceased, and for the purpose of obtaining a transfer of said above described real estate from the name of Theron Woodruff to M. Vernor woodruff, George T. Woodruff and Cleota Woodruff Self. Further- this aff Subscribed and sworn to befo�,e me this 24th day of January, 1972. W.
