AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Raymond Woods, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of a retired
farmer,
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot #449 - East Park Addition in town of Haubstadt - Gibson County,
State of Indiana,
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 90, page 280,
office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana,
Lot No. Four Hundred 74.�enty-Three (423) in East Park Addition
to the Town of Haubstadt, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 81, page
109, office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Raymond Woods and Rosella Woods,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety,
Affiant further states that he knows of his.own knowledge '
that the said Rosella Woods died intestate, on or about September 14,
1972, and that said Raymond Woods and Rosella Woods were husband and
wife, at the time of the death of the said Rosella Woods,
Affiant further states that he knaws of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Rosella Woods at the time of
her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
