Comes now:,ames G. McDonald, Jr., Commissioner, heretofore.
appointed,herein�; and files Report of Sale.:of Real Estate, said,
Report in the following words,and.figures, to-wit:` (H.I.). '
And the Court having examined said Report and being duly
and sufficiently advised in the premises now finds as follows:
1. That the real estate described herein was offered for
public sale by the said Commissioner at not less'than the two-
thirds (2/3) of the full appraised value of Ten Thousand Five .
Hundred Sixty Dollars ($10,560.00) and.that Delbert L. Jones
and Alma L. Jones, husband and wife, did bid the sum of Sixteen
Thousand Seven Hundred 7iaenty Dollars ($16,720.00), the same
being in excess of the required bid. ,
2. That the said Commissioner's=Deed tendered herein should
be approved by the Court and the said Commissioner shall deliver
said Deed to the said Delbert L. Jones and Alma L. Jones, husband
and wife, upon receipt of the sum of Sixteen Thousand Seven Hun-
dred Twenty Dollars.($16';720.00). ' _
3. That the Commissioner shall be authorized to make payment

being first duly sworn upon their respective oaths would sho�a to the
Court the following:
1. That Marion Wi.11iams died intestate a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, on the 29th day of January, 1979, and Affiant,
P�orman C,reer, Jr., was thereafter an�ointed Administrator of the
Estate of said decedent on the 20th,day of February, 1979.
2. Affiants'Say further that at the time of,the,death
of said decedent, decedent and affiant, Eunice Greer, as hushand and
wife, all as shown by Exhibit "A", filed herewith and made a oart
hereo� owned the following described real estate situate in Gibsen

deed, to-wit: That decedent and Affiant, Eunice Greer, were husband
and wife, they in truth and in fact were not husband and wife but the
said Eunice Morrow was actually married on March 3, 1999 to Hoyle
Greer who died on March 25, 1973, and subsequently was married to
Charles Amos Mor�ow on December 2, 1975.

4. That a dispute exists between the Administrator'of the:
Estate of Marion Williams and the said Eunice Greer as to the ownership
of the real estate described in rhetorical paragragh 2 hereof.
WHEREFORE, the said Norman Greer, as Administrator of the
Estate of Marion Williams, and Eunice Greer pray the Court for an
Order determining their respective rights to said real estate; and
for all other just and proper relief in the premises. ,
