' ' ' ' "' ` `' "And by said petition said petitioner further shows that the decedent, Albert Carl Wipke, deceased, left surviving as his only heirs, legatees and devisees, so far as is known to this petitioner, his wife, Mrs:� Florence wipke, of Mercedes, Hidalgo�County, Texas, fiis daughter, Mrs. Betty Jean Drawe of Route 2, Box 477, Raymondville, Texas, 78580, and his son, Mr. Robert Fredrick Wipke�of Australia. : .And now the Court having heard the evidence and being sufficiently advised in the premises, finds that'said Petition should in all things be granted and the Court finds that the Last Will and Testament of.Albert Carl Wipke, deceased, dated May 8,-1946, was duly probated as.by law required in the County Court at Law of Hidalgo County, State of Texas, on January 19, 1976, and that the decedent, Albert Carl 59ipke, deceased,.left surviving as his only heirs, legatees, and devisees his wife, Mrs. Florence Wioke of Mercedes, Hidalgo ,� County, Texas, his daughter, Mrs._Betty Jean Drawe of Route 2, Box � 477, Raymondville, Hidalgo County, Texas, 78580 and his son, Mrs. Robert Fredrick Wipke of Australia,�ann that said TOill ought to be` allowed as the Last Will and Testament of said decedent and the Court hereby orders the same to be filed and recorded by the Clerk of this Court, as and for the Last Will and 'lestament of Albert Carl. 39ipke, deceased.
