Aff - Wallace, Sharee_7/6/1982� AFFIDAVIT � Robert L. idallace, being first duly sworn, upon his oath, deposes and says: 1. That he is the surviving spouse of Sharee A. Wallace, deceased, who died on April 7, 1982. 2. That no estate proceedings have been commenced and none are contemplated to administer the estate of said Sharee A. Wallace. 3. That he knows that his wife's gross estate was of insufficient amount to require the filing of a Federal Estate Tax Return and can further state that no Indiana Inheritance Tax and no Federal Estate Tax is owing resulting from the death of the said Sharee A. Wallace. 4. That at the time of her death, the decedent was the owner with this affiant as tenants by the entireties of the follow- ing described real estate situate in Gibson.Courity,.Indiana, to-wit: A part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 2 south, Range 10 West and bounded as follows: Beginning at a point in the west line of said quarter quarter section 8 rods south of the northwest corner thereof; thence east para11e1 to the north line 22 1/2 rods; thence south 18 1/2 rods parallel to the west line thereof; thence west parallel to north line 22 1/2 rods to the west line of said quarter quarter section; thence north 18 1/2 rods along the west line thereof to the place of beginning, containing 2.60 acres, more or 1ess. 5. That title to said real estate passed to this affiant upon the death of said Sharee A. Wallace and the Auditor of Gibson County is requested to show transfer of said real estate to this affiant on the transfer records in the Office of the Auditor, Gibson County, Indiana.
