Waltz, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: ' That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of an_officec worker. That she is fainiliar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: - Lot number Ten (10) in Embree's Addition to his enlargement to the town now city of Princeton. Alsb, A part of Lot number Sixteen (16) in Embree's Addition to his enlargement of the Town (now City) of Princeton, described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the,northeast corner of said lot number sixteen (16), and run thence west with the north line of said lot forty (40).feet; thence south parallel with the east line of said lot one hundred (100) feet; thence east_parallel with the north line thereof forty (40) feet to east line of said lot; thence north to the point of beginning. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 120, Page 349, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her �wn knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Frank S. waltz and Lois F. Waltz, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Frank S. Waltz died intestate on or about February 5, 1976, and that the said Frank S. Waltz and Lois F. waltz were husband and wife at the time of,;the death of the said Frank,S. Waltz.
