— The,undivided two-tNirds part in value of the i.�est -
half of t}ie southwesb quarter of section tHirty-five (35),
•. tok�nship two (2).south, range eleven (11) west excepting
therefrom thirty-five (35). acres off the south end of said
iaest half and leaving 'forty-five (45) acres.in the tract
herein conveyed and being the same ].ands described in a
certain deed recorded in Deed Record 41 at page 268 of the
Office of the Recorder of Gibson Coim ty, Indiana.
Tha't upon the death of said Silas D7; I�'ard, on the 23rd day of
January, 1970, this affiant became the owner in absolute fee simple title
of the.above described real estate, and she makes this affidavit for the
purposes of, and noia requests the Auditor of Gibson Cotmty, Indiana, to
transfer said real estate_upon the transfer records of said Gibson County,
Indiana, into the name of this affiant, Rebecca iVard, alone.
And further affiant saith not.
