That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, indiana, towit: Part of the west half of the southeast quarter and a part of the west half of the northeast quarter of section 17, township 2 south, range 10 west, and described as follows: BEGIN at a �� point in the west line of the west half of the southeast quarter of said section 1630.2 feet north of the southwest corner thereof and run thence east 1323,6 feet to the east line thereof; thence north along the east line of said half quarter section and the east line of the west half of the northeast quarter of said section 17 to the south right of way line of the Southern Railroad; thence north, 74 degrees 45 minutes west, along said right-of-way line 425 feet; thence to the left by a one degree curve 934.4 feet to the west line of the west half of the northeast quarter of said section; thence south 1443 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 39.45 acres, more or less, EXCEPTING ALWAYS 1.12 acres thereof heretofore conveyed to the Southern Railway Company as.shown by deed recorded in Deed Record 138 at-page 467, leaving in said tract 38.33 acres, more or less; Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 149, page 320, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. Also, The west part of Location 40, 38 and fractional section twenty nine (29) all in township one (1) south, range ten (10) west, and des- cribed as follows: Begin at the southwest corner of said location 40 and run thence east 87 rods and 17 links; thence north 20.5 degrees west 60 rods 6 links, to a point 66 rods 10 links east of the west line of said location 40; thence north 144 rods 21 links to low water mark on the Patoka River; thence down said river following the meanders thereof, along low water nark in a westerly direction to the west line of said section 29; thence south 152 rods to the place of beginning and containing eighty-four and thirty eight hundredths (84.38) acres, more or less. Also part of the northwest fractional quarter section of section thirty two (32), township one (1) south, range ten (10) west and described as follows: Begin_at a point in the north line of said fractional quarter section 1095.6 feet east of the northwest corner thereof, and run thence east 354 feet to an iron; thence south 23.5 degrees east 330 feet to the Petersburg and Princeton road, thence along the center of said road south 27 degrees 23 minutes west 300 feet; south 24 degrees 13 minutes west 200 feet; south 21 degrees 3 minutes west 441.4 feet; south 55 degrees 55 minutes west 122 feet; thence leaving said road and running north 1193 feet to the place of beginning and containing 3ight and.fifty seven hundredths (8.57) acres, more or less. Also the northeast-corner of the east half of the northwest quarter of section thirty two (32), township one (1) south, range ten (10) west, and described as follows: Begin at.a_point 22 chains 13 links north of the southwest corner of location 107, runnincj thence north 9 chains and 28 links to the section line, thence west 11 chains 25 links; thence south 23.5 degrees east 9 chains; thence south 81 degrees east 8 chains to the place of beginning,.and containing 2.25 acres, more or less. � • - �~ }' _ • , ` • � (The chains used in this last description are 2 pole chains). Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 124, Page 81, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Arthur H. White and Marie White, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Arthur H. White died intestate, on or about May 26; 1976, and that the said Arthur H. White and Marie White were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Arthur H. White. Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal Estates Tax; but for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dkt.�NO. 76 - 96, Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court.
