AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Alta H. White being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than sixty (60) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is a retired laborer:-
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, indiana, towit:
The east half of the east half of Lot 35 in the Original Plan of
the town (now City) of Princeton, except a strip of giound 4'� feet
wide and 148� feet long off of the east aide of said lot, but which
strip of ground is to be used by said grantees for driveway purposes;
also convey a part of Lot 36 in said Original Plan of the town (now
City) of Princeton, bounded as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of said Lot and running thence east 4�, feet; thence south
148'� feet; thence west 4'� 'feet to the west line of said�lot; thence
north along the west line of said lot to the place of beqinning.
The last two described strips of ground form a 9 foot drive between
the said premises and those formerly belonging to Jesse C. Kimball
on the east and are to be kept and remain open and unobstructed
for the free use of the said parties their heirs and assigns, and
to be kept in repair for such, as per recital in Deed Record 46,
page 480 of the recorda in the office of the Gibson County, Recorder,
Gibson County, Indiana, ALSO, " "--" " - — - " - -
A part of fractional Lot #3, in range 3 of the New Survey of the
town (now city) of Princeton, and a part of the southeast quarter
of section 7, township 2 south, range 10 west, together described
as follows: begin in the south line of said fractional lot at a
point 225 feet west of the southeaet corner of said fractional lot
and run thence south 34 feet to a street; thence west 40 feet;
thence north to a point 160 feet south of the north line of said
fractional lot; thence east 40 feet; thence south to the point of
beginning.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that�the above described real property was formerly owned by Alta H.
White and Gladys M. White, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Gladys M. White died intestate on or about October 4,
1981 and that the said Alta H. White and Gladys M. White were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Gladys M. White.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that decedent's estate is not liable for a Federal Estates Tax nor
Indiana Inheritance Tax.
