A part of Lot Number Eight (8) in B1ock Number Four (4) in the Southern Enlargement to the Town of Oakland, now 0'akland City, Indiana, more definitely described as follows, to-o�it: Beginning at a point sixty-three (63) feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot Number Eight e (8) and run thence North thirty-four (34) feet, more or less, to the South line of the Southern Railway,right-of-way; thence in a Southwesterly direction along the South line of the aforesaid right-of-�oay sixty (60) feet, more or less, to ° the West line of said Lot Number eight (8); thence South along the West line of said Lot Number eight (8) ten (10) feet, more•or 1ess, to a point due [dest of the point of beginning; thence due East fifty-two and one half (52 1/2) feet to the place of beginning.
