Adell Williams, being first duly sworn upon
her oath says that she is the surviving wido�a of Ross
,
[dilliams, deceased; that said decedent departed this life
on the 14th day of May, 1977, a resident of Gibson County,
State of Zndiana, and was the owner with affiant as tenants �
by the entirety of certain real estate situate in Columbia
Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and described as
follows: -
All that part of Lot Number Seven (7) in Block
Number Four (4) in the Southern Enlargement to
the Town of Oakland, noca Oakland City, Indiana,
�'' lying South of the Southern Railway Company
right of way.
A part of Lot Number Eight (8) in B1ock Number
Four (4) in the Southern Enlargement to the Town
of Oakland, now 0'akland City, Indiana, more
definitely described as follows, to-o�it:
Beginning at a point sixty-three (63) feet North
of the Southeast corner of said Lot Number Eight
e (8) and run thence North thirty-four (34) feet,
more or less, to the South line of the Southern
Railway,right-of-way; thence in a Southwesterly
direction along the South line of the aforesaid
right-of-�oay sixty (60) feet, more or less, to °
the West line of said Lot Number eight (8); thence
South along the West line of said Lot Number eight
(8) ten (10) feet, more•or 1ess, to a point due
[dest of the point of beginning; thence due East
fifty-two and one half (52 1/2) feet to the place
of beginning.
That title to said real estate passed to this affiant
as the surviving tenant by the entirety and the Auditor is
hereby requested to transfer said real estate to this affiant's
