AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Pearl M. Winnaham being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than twenty-one (21) yaars of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her_occupation is that of
a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot No. 13 in Embree's Addition to hisEnlargement
to the Town (now City) of Princeton, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Drawer
#1, Card,#335, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County „
Zndiana; � •
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Marion Winnaham and Pearl M.
winnaham, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Marion Winnaham died inte"state on or about the 19th
day of June, 1976, and that the said Marion winnaham and Pearl M.
Winnaham were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said
Marion winnaham.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
