between LANNIE D. WII.LIS, (hereiaafter called Husband), and KAY A. WILLIS,
(hereinafter called Wife).

WHEREAS, the Husband is represented by Jeffrey E. Hayes, and the
Wife is not represented by an attorney; aad,
�VHERE,AS, the parties are husband and wife, and are the parents of
two (2) minor children, namely: Gretchen Lynn Willis, born December 15, 1983, and
Jacob Lee Willis, born August 1, 1985; and,
VVE-iEREAS, certain unhappy disputes and differences have arisen
� between the husband and wife, and as a result thereof, the husband and wife are now
and have been separated since on or about the 5th day of July, 1996, and have not
to date effected a reconciliaiion; and,
WHEREAS, husband has filed an action for Dissolution of Maxriage in
the Pike Circuii Court, being Cause No. 63C01-9607-DR-135, and said action being
filed on or about the �th day of July, 1996; and,

The Southeast Quazter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Ten,
Township 1 North, Range 9 West, containing 40 acres, more or
less. Also, Thirty (30) acres off of the West side of the Northwest
