3. That no lots have been sold and no roads constructed in
the plat.
4. That the undersigned do, by this declaration, vacate the
recorded plat known as the Bill Couch Subdivision as the same
appears of record in Plat Cabinet B, page 139, office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
