Comes now GRACE LOLTISE WILLEY, being duly sworn upon her oath and states as
follows:
That GRr�CE LOLJISE V1'II.LEY, is the owner in fee simple ofthe following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Lot Number Two (2) in the Subdivision l:nown as Ross Place in the County of Gibson
and State of Indiana, the said tract of land being the same as shown in Plat Book
Number Two (2) , at pages 49 and 50 in the office ofthe Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
And that GRACE LOUISE WII.LEY and PAUL EDWARD WILLEY, now deceased, were wife and
husband at the time they acquired title, as tenants by the entireties, to said real estate, by deed of
conveyance dated the 19th day of July, 1985, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County on August Z, 1985 in Deed Drawer 5, Card 3�77.
That the marital relationship which existed between this affiant and PALTL EDWARD
�1'ILLEY, her husband, continued unbroken from the time they so acquired title to said real estate
until the death of PAUL EDVVARD WILLEY, her husband on the 26th day of September, 1997,
at which time this affiant acquired titie to the real estate as surviving tenant by the entireties.
That the gross value of the estate of the decedent, PAUL EDWARD WII.LEY, as

determined for the purpose of Federal Estate Taxes, was less than the value required for filing a
Return and the decedent's estate is not subject to Federa] Estate Tax.
