That she is the daughter and sole heir-at-law of NDITH A. �VHITEHOUSE, who died

2. That at the time ofher death, NDITH A. WHITEHOiTSF., was the owner of the followine
described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part ofthe South Halfof Section 18, Township 2 South, Range 10 West, bounded
as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 1,650 feet west of the southeast comer of
said half section and run thence west 22 ] feet, more or less, to the east line of the
Toelle Dredge Ditch; thence northeast along the east line of said dredge ditch
approximately 425 feet, more or less, to a point due north of the beginning point
herein; thence south 340 feet, more or less, to said point ofbeginning, and containing
in said tract of land .862 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT TO all rights-of-way, easements, covenants, conditions, limitation and
restrictions of record, and to all zoning laws, if applicable.
That the said NDITH A. WIiITEHOUSE died without leaving a will, and that by reason
of intestate succession, REBECCA L. WHITEHOUSE, now REBECCA L. WONKA,
is the sole owner of the above described realestate.
