ENTRY OF JQDGMENT
This cause came on for hearing upon application of the
Plaintiffs �for judgment by default. Defendants Ronald L.
Frederick, Dorothy L. Frederick, Sarah Jane Blount, The United
States of America Znternal Revenue Service, and the Treasurer of
Gibson County, State of Indiana; and each being called three times
audibly in open Court and appearing not, and having failed to
plead, answer or appear after notice of this action being three
times published in a newspaper of general circulation, the Court
finds that the Plaintiffs motion should be granted. After having
heard evidence thereon, the Court finds that the real estate
described ia the Plaintiff's Complaint to Quiet Title is and should
be vested in the Plaintiffs in fee simple and that the named
defendants herein have no claim or right of title to the subject
matter real estate.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the
Court that the Plaintiffs, David Warner and Debra Warner, are the

owners of the following described real estate in fee simple:
A part of Location 4, Township 1 North, Range
10 west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Begin at
the most westerly corner of said Location 4;
and running thence north, 51 degrees 30
minutes east along the center of an unimproved
public highway and along the location line
between Location 3 and said Location 4 a
distance of 1,118.6 feet to an iron pin;
thence turning and running south, 22 degrees
12 minutes east a distance of 178.7 feet;
thence turning and running south, 51 degrees
30 minutes west a distance of 1,066.3 feet to
a point in the boundary line between Location
4 and Location 5; thence turning and running
north, 38 degrees 30 minutes west along said
boundary line between Location 4 and Location
5 a distance of 171 feet to the point of
beginning; the parcel containing 4.29 acres,
more or less. SUSJECT TO all legal highways.
