DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF yARRIAGE
Comes now the Wife Wilma Harder in person and by her attor-
ney Jerry D. Stilwell, and comes now also the Husband Charles C.
Harder in person and by his attorney Verner P. Partenheimer for
hearing on the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed
herein on January 22, 19g7. And the Flusband having been duly
served iaith process on or about said date and this cause havin�
been filed for more than sixty (00) days, the same now cooes on
for liearing and judgment.
And the Court having heard the evidence and being duly and
sufficiently advised in the premises now finds as follows:
1. That the parties meet the residency requirements for
this aetion.
2. That there has been an irretrievable�breakdgwn of the
marriage of the parties hereto and that said marriage�should be
dissolved. -=�
3. That no cl�ildren have been born to the marriage, and the
Wife is not pregnant.
4. Tha� the Wife desires restoration of her prior married
name of "Williams" and said request should be granted.
4. That the parties have entered into a Written Property
Settlement Agreement, which Agreement is fair, just and equitable
and that the Court accepts and makes a part hereof this Order
said Written Property Settlement Agreement being in the following
words and figures to-wit:

PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS PROPER'TY SETTLEMEIdT AGREEPIENT, made and entered into by
and betNeen Wilma Harder (hereinafter Wiie) anU Cnarles C. Harder
(iiereinafter HusUand)
WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the parties hereto are tlusband and Wifz and are par-
ties to a pending Dissolution of Marriage action in the Gibson
Circuit Court which action was filed on January 22, 1991; and
I+iHEREAS, ttie parties have accumulated certain property during
tt�eir marriage and do desire to and have reached agreement con-
cerning disposition of said property; .., ;
N047, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual pr.omises� and
covenants herein it is agreed to by the parties as follows:
1. Ti�e Husband st�all be the owner of the �ys5 Ci�evrolet
Truck; Jon boat and boat supplies; his tools; his items stored in
the garage; cerCain pictures in the house; his bedroom sui't; all
bank accounts and certificates of deposit in his name; and a por-
tion of the dishes and linens.

2. The Wife shall be the owner of the remainin� personal
property items.
3. The �aife st�all be the owner of the house and real estate
of the parties located at 1013 West Broadway Street, Princeton,
Indiana. The Husband will release all of his right, title and
interest in and to said t�ouse and real estate to th= Wife.
4. The Husband st�all have the right to reside at the iiouse
until April 1991, and will further keep current all utility bills
incurred in the use oF the house until April 1991.
y. The Husband will pay the Wife's dental bill of approxi-
mately $15U.OU.
6. Tne Husband tiaill pay to the Wife's attorney Jerry D.
Stilwell attorney fees of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($4y�.U0)
prior to the final hearing of this cause.
'j. The parties herein agree that this Agreement is fair,
just and eyuitable and has been entered into by and between the
parties without duress or corrosion and each party agrees the said
Agreement should be adopted by the Gibson Circuit Court as part
oi the Judgment of the Court dissolving the marTiage 'of the par-
ties hereto. = ��"
IN WITNESS WHEREOE the parties have executed this Property

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court
that the marriage of Wilma Harder and Charles C. Harder be and
the same is hereby dissolved and terminated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the �•life have her former married
name of "Williams" restored to her and that she have the name of
Wilma E. Williams.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each of the findings herein enu-
merated and the Written Property Settleoent Agreement entered
into by and between the parties herein be and the same are hereby
approved, confirmed and incorporated herein y refere e as
Orders of ttiis Court.
