Dan L. Reeves, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says:
That he is an adult male and resides in Gibson County, State of
Indiana and is engaged in the practice of law.
1. This affiant is familiar with the business being operated as
"WHEATON FAMILY FARM" in Gibson County, State of Indiana and the ownership
thereof.
2. The last will and testament of Irvin Olen May entered of probate on
September 29th, 1993 in the Gibson Circuit Court under cause number 26C01-9309-
ES0093, devised his one seventh (1/7th) interest in the following described real
estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
An undivided 1/7th interest in the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter, also the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter, all in
Section Number 15, Township 3 South, Range 9 West, being the same real
estate described in Deed Record No. 12, page 157, Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
EXCEPTING, a north center part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 3 South, Range 9 West, Barton
Township, Gibson County, Indiana and further described as follows:
Begin at a 5/8 inch iron set in the North line of the Northwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter quarter of section 15, Township 3 South, Range 9
West, 692.0 feet West, more or less, from the iVortheast corner of said
quarter, quarter section; and from said point of beginning, bear South,
along a board fence and its extension, 272,0 feet more or less to a 5/8
inch iron; thence bear West, parallel to the North line of said
quarter, quarter section, 186.0 feet to a point; thence bear North
272.0 feet, more or less, to a 5/8 inch iron on said North line; thence
bear East, along said North line, 186.0 feet to the point of beginning,
and containing 1.161 acres, but subject to the south half of a County
Road Right-of-lJay off the North side of the above described tract;
to "WHEATON FAMILY FARM".
3. That prior to the death of Irvin Olen May on January 31st,
1993 "WHEATON FAMILY FARM" was a business owned and operated by the following

5. This affidavit is prepared, executed and recorded to explain who
comprises "WHEATON FAMILY FARM" and in what proportion they inherited the 1/7th
interest of Irvin Olen May in the above described real estate by the terms of
his Last Will and Testament.
6. That "WHEATON FAMILY FARM" following the death of Irvin Olen May
is owned as follows:
