The undersigned, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says:
That I was the wife of Rerry G. Ailzbacher during his
lifetime.
That the said Rerry G. pilzbacher died, intestate, on June
29th, 1993.
That I, together with my husband, Rerry G. Wilzbacher,
acquired title to the following described real estate situated in
Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
TRACT 1:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
- Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 11 West, in Johnson
Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and further described as
follows:
Begin at a point in the north line of West Elm Street,
southwest of Haubstadt, which point may be found as follows:
From the southeast corner of said quarter, quarter section;
bear north along the east line of said quarter, quarter
section, a distance of 334.00 feet; thence bear west, along
said north line of Elm Street, a distance of 949.50 feet; and
from said beginning, continue west on the same course, a
distance of 100.00 feet; thence bear north, parallel to the
west line of Eileen Ave., extended south from West Heights
Subdivision, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence bear east,
parallel to the south line of said West Heights, a distance of
100.00 feet; thence bear south, parallel to the west line of
said Eileen Avenue, a distance of 150.00 feet to the place of
beginning, and containinq 0.344 acre.
TRACT ZZ:
Begin at the intersection of the north line of West Elm Street
and the east line of South Weber Drive, southwest of
Haubstadt, Indiana, and which point may be located as follows:
From the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 3 South, Range il
West, bear north, along the east line of said Quarter, Quarter
Section, a distance of 334.00 feet to the north line of West
Elm Street, in Haubstadt; thence bear west, along said north
line, a distance of 1,161.25 feet; and from said point of
beginninq, bear north parallel to the west line of Eileen
Avenue, a distance of 150.0 feet; thence bear east, parallel
to the said north line, a distance of 111.75 feet; thence
bear south, parallel to said east line, a distance of 15o.U0
feet to the said north line of West Elm Street; thence bear

by virtue of a Warranty Deed dated February 23rd, 1993 and recorded
March lst, 1993 as Instrument No. 93-1142 of the records of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
That said Rerry G. Wilzbacher and I were husband and wife
continuously from February 23rd, 1993, the date of the above
mentioned deed, until the date of the death of the said Rerry G.
Ailzbacher.
That the Estate of Rerry G. Ailzbacher is insufficient in size
to warrant the filing of a Federal Estate Tax Return.
That this affidavit is made for the purposes of providing
evidence of clear title and inducing the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana, to transfer the above described parcel of real estate from
the names of Rerry G. Wilzbacher and Avonne Ailzbacher, husband and
wife, to the name of Avonne Wilzbacher on his records for tax pur-
poses.
Further affiant says not.
