This matter now comes on before the Court for a Summary Final
Hearing, and the Court considers evidence including the verified
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed herein more than sixty
(60) days prior to this date, and the Property Settlement Agreement
of the parties which was executed by the Wife and the Husband on May
9, 1999. And both parties having filed a Waiver of Final Hearing
stating there are no contested issues and the Court being duly and
sufficiently advised in the premises now finds as follows:
1. That the parties meet the jurisdictional requirements for
this action.
2. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the
marriage of the parties hereto and that said marriage should be
dissolved.
3. That the Property Settlement Agreement filed herein is fair,
just and equitable and should be approved by the Court. -
9. Each of the parties hereto should carry out the terms and
provisions of said Prop�rty Settlement Agreement.
5. That the Wife requests and should have restored to her
maiden name of Box and should be known as Peggy Jane Box. _
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that
the marriage of Peggy Jzne Weber and Joseph E. 4•ieber be and the same
is hereby dissolved and terminated.
