D[V1SlON OP PROPERTY AGRGE�TIsNT
Come now thc Pctitioner, Tracy D. �Villis, and her counsel, Joseph L. Verkamp, and
the Respondent, Rich �'�'illis, without counsel, and advise the Court that they have reached an
agreement with regard to division of property, �vhich agrccment is as follows:
1. Rcsidcnce and Real isstatc. Thc Respondent shall become the sole and separate
owner of the marital residence and 16 acres of real estate, and he shall pay and hold the Petitioner
harmless on the f rst mortgage on the rcal estate in thc approximate sum of S74,�00.00 and the
home equity loan in the approximate sum of S 10,000.00. Petitioner shall execute a Quit Claim
Deed com�cying her inierest in [he real estate to thc Respondent, and Respondent shall refinance
the first mortgaoc and homc equity loan to remove Petitioner's name n�ithin sixty (60) days from
the date of this agreement.
2. Automobiles. Petitioner shall bccome the sole and separate o�vner of the 2003 Dodgc
\'con and the 1991 Plymouth Sundancc automobiles. Rcspondent shall become thc sole and
separate owner of the 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix and the ] 993 Ford F-2�0 pickup, and he shali
pay and hold Petitioner hamiless on thc debt owing on thc 2003 Pontiac automobile.
3. l�our �Vhccicrs. Petitioncr shall become thc sole and scparatc owncr of the Kawasaki
four �vheelcr, and Rcspondent shall become the solc and separatc ow��er of the Polaris 400 four
whccicr.

4. 'I'ractors. Respondc��t shall become the sole and separate o�vncr of the 2005 John
Dcerc 3520 tractor, and he shall pay and hold Petitioncr hannlcss on the debt o�ving on said
tractoc Respondent shall also becomc the sole owner of the GT 23� John Decre ]a�vn tracror.
5. Retircmcnt Accamt. Pctitioncr shall rcccivc thc cntirc amount in Rcspondcnt's
Individual Rctirement Ammity account numbcr 009062S52A that had a balanec on March 31,
2006 in thc amount of � 13,797.07. A Qualiticd Domcstic Rclations Ordcr shall bc issucd to
Jackson National Life directin� it to transfer said account to Petitioner.
6. Flouschold. Thc Pctitioncr shall bccomc thc solc and scparatc o�vner of thc followino
items of personal property:

The Respondent shall becomc the sole and separatc owner of the following items of

7. Offscf Pavment. In order to cqualize division of property, Respondent shall pay thc
sum ofTwcnty-five Thousand Dollars (�25,000.00) to Petitioner �aidiin thirty (30) days from the
date of this agreement.

complete disdosure of all marital asscts and deUts.
