` AND CONTRACT AND LEASEHOLD AGREEMENT
The undersigned, KATHY E. WILLIAMS, as Trustee ofthe Irrevocable Income-Only
Trust of Rosie D. Wargel dated December 5, 2003, does hereby assign, transfer and
convey to STEPHEN D. WARGEL, SR. all of the ownership interest in and to the property
described in that certain Bill of Sale dated July 30, 1992, as well as the contents located
in or on said property, by and between Robert R. Williams, as Seller, and Rosie Wargel,
as Buyer, and that certain Contract and Leasehold Agreement dated July 6, 1992, by and
between The Lynnville Park and Recreation Board and Rosie D. Wargel and John
McGlamry, for the real estate described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, it being the Trustee's purpose and intent that
STEPHEN D. WARGEL, SR. shall becomethe absolute ownerofthe propertyand contract
rights hereby assigned, transferred and conveyed with all of the rights and incidents of
ownership thereof, including the obligation to complete performance of all contractual
obligations. The undersigned assignee, by the execution hereof, acknowledges that
KATHY E. WILLIAMS and WILLIAM A. WARGEL shall be entitled io all ot the contents
of the property commonly known as 2026 Ea'st P well Street, Evansville, Indiana.
