AFFIDAVIT OF DGATH AND HEIRSHIP
[, Evelyn Hickman, being first duly svom on oath deposes and says:
1. That I am an adult, a lifelong resident of Gibson Counry, Indiana, and a blood
niece of MARGARET W HEATOI�', who died intestate, a resident of Gibson Counry,
Indiana on January 17, 2000.

2. That MARGARET WHEATON was ne��er married, had no children and lefr as
her sole heirs-at-law, her sister, Florence Wheaton, her brother, Maurice �'�'heaton, a
nephew, Lam� Wheaton, a nephe�i�, Louis Wheaton and a niece, Evelyn Hickman (the
children of her predeceased brother ��'arren Wheaton), a nephew, Allen Georges, a
nephew, Chazles Georges, a nephew Marshall Georges and a niece, Mary Alice Ferry (the
children of her predeceased sister Arlie Georges. That two sisters, Dorothy �Vheaton, and
Louella May, predeceased Margaret Wheaton and were childless.
3. That Allen Georges died May 19, 2000, leaving survi��ing him an adult son,
David Georges. That Marshall Georges died April 14, 2004, leaving surviving him a wife,
Lavada Georges, an adult son, Gien Georges, and an adult son, Darrin Georges.
That Mary Alice Ferry died September 28, 2004, leaving survi��ing her a husband, John
Feny, an adult daughter, April Fem, and an adult son, Brian Ferry.
4. That at the date of her demise, MARGARET �'�'HEATOI�', owned an undivided
one/seventh (1/7) interest in the follo�ving described real estate situate in Gibson
County, Indiana, to-wit:
A NoRh center part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 3 South, Range 9 West, Barton
Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and further described as
follows: Begin at a�/8 inch iron set in the North line of the
North«�est quaner of the \'ortheast quarter of Section 1�, T-3-S,
R-9-W, 692.0 feet ���est, more or less. from the Northeast corner of
said quarter, quartcr section; und from said point of begiru�ing, bear
south, along a board fence and its extension, 272.0 feet more or
less to a�/8 inch iron; thence bear �Vest, parallel to the North line

of said quarter; quarter section, 186A feet to a point; thence beaz
North 272A feet, more or Icss, to a 5/8 inch iron on said North line;
thence bear East, along said North line, 186A feet to the point of
beginning, and containing 1.161 acres but subject to the South half
of a Count�� Road Right-of-way off of the North side of the above
described tract.
which said interest in real estate vested b}� the laws of intestate succession in the heirs-at-
law set forth in paragraph 2 above.
5. That Indiana I�ilieritance taxes were heretofore determined and paid following
the death of Margaret Wheaton.
