1. That he is an adult son of CHRISTII�'E WAT�Ii�TS. ���ho died intestate. a
resident of Gibson Counn�. [ndiana on Aueust 26. 2010.
2. That at the date of her demise. Christine Watkins. owned an undi��ided 1/6`" interest and an
undivided 1/6 of U� of 1/6 in the follo�vine described real estate in Gibson Countv. Indiana, to-
wit: The southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, and the �vest half of the southeasi quarter of
the southeast quarter, ali in Section Z0, To��mship 1 south, Range 9�i�est, and containine in all 60
acres, more or less.
ALSO; an interest in the oil, eas and casinghead gas h�ine in and under the follo«�ine described
real estate: The east half of the noRh�i�est quarter of the soutlieast quarter. and the northeast
quarter of the southeast quarter; all in Section 20, Township 1 south Range 9���est, and
containing in all 60 acres. more or less, for so lone as said oil. eas and casinehead eas is
produced from the above real estate under an oil and eas lease dated November 23�19�3, from
Munford R'atkins. wido���er, lessor to Graham Development Corporation, lessee, recorded in
�tiscellaneous Record 10=3, paee 286, Recorders office of Gibson County; Indiana. This oil and
gas lease, which covers in addition to the above real estate, the �vest half of the southeastuaner of
the southeast quartec and the east half of thz south«�est quaner of the southeast quarter of said
Section, Township and Range, and an oil and sas lease dated \4a�� 1�; 19�4; from Munford
�Vatkins, widower. as lessor, to Charles D. Stroble and Laveme \Vatkins, as lessees, in so for as
the same covers the nonh�i�est quaner of the south��est quarter of the southeast quarter of said
Section; To���nship and Range, ���ere bv Unitization Aereement dated October �, 19�4. pooled for
oil and sas development purposes. see A9iscellaneous Record 11 l; page 187.
3. That CHRISTI�'E �VATKINS, lefr survivine her as her sole and onlv heirs-at-law, her five
(�) children, nameh� Biilv Joy Gendren. David R. �Vatkins. Donald R. R'atkins, Linda S.
Klineerman and Marv J. Wildt..
4. This affidavit is executed in pan to affect a vansfer of said interest in real estate by the
Auditor of Gibson Counn� upon the Real Estate Transfer Records of Gibson County, [ndiana.
