AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENPIRETY
Mildred L. Yunginger, being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is Housekeeper
and P. & B. Employee. '
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of Out Lot 1 in Range 2 of the New Survey,
or the Survey of 1818, of the Out Lots, or the town
(now city) of Princeton, bounded as follows, to-wit:
beginning at a point 280 feet east of the southwest
corner of said Lot and running thence east 67 feet;
thence north 148Z feet; thence west 67 feet; thence
south 148z feet to the place of beginning.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record
No. 131, page 419, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana,
and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Norman A. Yunginger and Mildred L.
Yunginger, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Norman A. Yunginger, died on or about Aoril 3, 1973, and
that the said Norman A. Yunginger and Mildred L. Yunginger, were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Norman A.
Yunginger
Affiant further believes that said decedent's estate
will be less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) (gross) and
not subject to a Federal Estate Tax,
Further this affiant sayeth not.
