That she is familiar with the following described real estate Located in Johnson Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit: Part of the west half of section six (6), town four (4) south, range 10 west, commencing in the line of said section 891.2 feet south of the northwest corner thereof, running thence east 224 feet to an iron, thence south 97 feet, thence west 224 feet;thence north 97 feet, to the place of beginning, containing one-half acre more or less. This tract is in the north-half of tract No. V-lA in subdivision of Fred H. He1dt lands in said section, township and range. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 148 page 66, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real oroperty was formerLy owned by Jacob ZiLiak and Genevieve Ziliak, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that said Jacob Ziliak died, testate, on or about the 7th day of November, 1963, and that said Jacob ZiLiak and Genevieve Ziliak, were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Jacob Ziliak. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Jacob Ziliak at the time of his death, probably within the meaning of.the Federal Estate Tax laws, was�less than Sixty Thousand (560,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent orobably was/not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
