Comes now L. Matthew Nixon, counsel for Marchal Land_. Inc.. and files his Motion for
Default Judgment.
And now the Court being duly and sufficiently advised in the premises finds as follows:
I. That the relief requested should be granted.
2. None of the Defendants hereto are known to be an infant, incompetent nor entitled to
protections against default judgments by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act-
3. Defendants Superior Ag. Resources and CSX Transportation are hereby
DEFAULTED. Marion Jochim and Carla J. Jochim have been dismissed from the
action.
4. Notice to the public was done by publishing Plaintiffs Complaint according to law.
5. The time for answering or otherwise responding to Plaintiffs Complaint has expired
according to law.
6. Fee simple ownership to the subject property should be, and hereby is QUIETED to
MARCI-IAL LAND. INC. The subject real estate being more particularly described
as tullows:

all future claim are forever barred.
