Zimmerman, upon personal knowledge and belief, makes these statements: 1. Mary A. Zimmerman died July 9, 2012, (a copy of her death certificate is attached to this affidavit and by reference incorporated), owning an interest in the following described real estate in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit: A part of Lots 21 and 22 in Hall's Second Enlargement of the town (now City) of Princeton, described and bounded as follows: Begin in the north boundary line of said lot 21 at the point of intersection of said line with the west right of way line of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railroad, which said point is 70 feet east of the northwest corner of said lot, and run thence south, 8 degrees 20 minutes east along said right of way line of said railroad 189.5 feet to the south boundary line of the north half of the north half of said lot 22 in said Enlargement; thence west 96.5 feet to the west line of said lot 22; thence north 111.375 feet to the southwest corner of the north half of said lot 21 in said Enlargement; thence east 67 feet; thence north, 8 degrees 20 minutes west,75 feet to the north line of said lot 21; thence east 10 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO, part of the north half of Lot 21 in Hall's Second Enlargement of the town (now city) of Princeton, described as follows: Begin at a point in the north line of said lot numbered 21, a distance of 68.8 feet east of the northwest corner of said Lot numbered 21; thence west with said north line of said lot 63.6 feet to the northeast corner of a tract conveyed by Paul Braselton to Charles C. Paul and Elsie M. Paul, June 20, 1943, which deed is recorded in Deed Record 117, page 462 of the Gibson County Records; thence south 74 feet and 3 inches; thence east on a line parallel to the north line of said Lot numbered 21 to the west right of way line of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois railway Company; thence in a northerly direction along said west right of way line to the point of beginning. The designated beneficiary or beneficiaries in the Transfer on Death Deed and their addresses who did not survive Mary A. Zimmerman or are in existence at Mary A. Zimmerman death are: None 4.
