AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH AND HEIRSHIP
The undersigned, being first duly sworn upon oath according to law, deposes and
says:
That the undersigned is a person of legal age, resides at Princeton, Gibson County,
Indiana, and was one of the grantees in a certain Warranty Deed, together with Paul E.
Meadows,whidh Warranty Deed was dated February 23,2000 and recorded March 6,2000
under Instrument No. 00-1483 in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
That to this affiant's knowledge, said Paul E. Meadows departed this life a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana , on the 2nd day of March, 1994, surviving him the following
heirs:
Loretta Meadows, his spouse
Larry Meadows, son
Cheri Pendleton, daughter
Terry Meadows, daughter
Barry Meadows, son •
Mary Key, daughter
Kerry Paul Meadows, son
Gary Meadows, son
• Julie Meadows daughter
Amv Fugate daughter
Gerry Susan Caudill (now deceased)
That to this affiant's knowledge, said Loretta Meadows departed this life a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, on the 1st day of March, 1998, leaving surviving her the
following heirs:

Terry Meadows, daughter

Mary Key, daughter
Kerry Paul Meadows, son
Gary Meadows, son
Julie Meadows daughter

That to this affiant's knowledge, said Gerry Susan Caudill departed this life a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana , on the 5th day of April, 2003, leaving surviving her
the following heirs:

That to this affiant's knowledge,the value of the decedent's gross probate estate, less
liens and encumbrances,does not exceed the sum of the allowance provided by I.C. 29-1-4-
1, the costs and expenses of administration and reasonable funeral expenses.
Affiant further states that the purpose of this affidavit is to induce the Auditor of
Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer said real estate on the records from the joint name of
Paul E. Meadows and Larry C. Meadows, tenants in common, to the names of the heirs
listed above, and also for the purpose of clarifying the title to the following described real
estate:
A part of the northwest quarter and a part of the southwest quarter of
Section 8,Township 2 South, Range 10 West,bounded as follows: Beginning
at a point 86.27 feet north and 198 feet east of the southwest corner of the
northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 10 West, and run
thence east 49.5 feet; thence south 111.E feet to the north right-of-way line of
State Highway No. 64; thence in a southwesterly direction and along the
north line of said right-of-way 50 feet; thence north 118.6 feet, more or less
to the place of beginning.
And alsoan easement in and over a part of the northwest quarter and a part
of the southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 10 West,
bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 86.27 feet north and 198 feet
east of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said section and run
thence west 49'/2 feet; thence south 126.3 feet,more or less to the north right-
of-way line of State Highway No. 64; thence in a northeasterly direction and
along the said north right-of-way line 50 feet; thence north 118.6 feet to the
place of beginning.
Also,a part of Lot No.3 in Jeraulds Addition to the City of Princeton,Gibson
County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commence at an
iron pin, the same being the southwest corner of Lot number three (3)
Jeraulds Addition to the city of Princeton, Indiana, and run thence north
eight (8) feet to the point of beginning and from said point of beginning run
thence north eighty (80) feet thence East a distance of seventy-eight(78) feet,
more or:less to the west line of a tract of land owned by Donald Lane and
Virginia Maye Lane; thence south 68.3 feet, more or less, to the north line of
the right-of-way of State Highway No. 64; thence in a southwesterly
direction 81 degrees and 28 minutes west along the north line of said State
Highway to the point of beginning, subject to all grants heretofore made or
easements to the State of Indiana for highway purposes, subject to the
obligation to build and maintain a lawful partition fence as provided for in
a Warranty Deed dated April 13, 1961, from Jimmy M. Eads and Shirley A.
Eads, husband and wife, recorded in Deed Record 157, page 7, records in the
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, State of Indiana, which obligation
the grantee hereby expressly assumes. Being a part of the same real estate
described in Deed Drawer 2, Card 5977, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County; Indiana.
