Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
That at the time of the aforesaid transfer, the Grantor, Rose M. McEllhiney, reserved a life estate for
herself in the following described real estate;
That Rose Ni. McEllhiney died on the 5th day of June, 2014, and at the time of her death, her retained life estate
expired and the present and future interested vested in Steven A. McEllhiney and Kathleen McEllhiney in the following
described real estate in Gibson County, Indiana:
Lot Twenty(20) and the South half of Lot Twenty-one (21) in the Laura E.
Woods Addition to the City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana.
That this Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer the
remaining interest to Steven A. McEllhiney and Kathleen McEllhiney in said real estate to clarify the title.
