LEON C. STONE, first being duly sworn upon his oath, says:
1. That he is a practicing attorney with his office at 222 W. Broadway, Princeton,
Indiana.
2. That he prepared a certain \Narranty Deed from John D. Hurst and Monica R.
Hurst, husband and wife, to Mitchell Dale Doerner and Tesha R. Doerner, husband and
wife, said deed having been dated August 6, 2014, and recorded August 8. 2014, as Deed
Instrument No. 14-3356,Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
3. That the fourth paragraph of the legal description in said Warranty Deed was
an incorrect legal description because of a scrivener's error caused by the omission of one
line of the legal description, and the said legal description in said Warranty Deed should
have read and was intended to read as follows:
Lot One (1) in John & Monica Hurst Minor Subdivision as recorded in
Document 2013-6296 in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana. Containing 1.43 acres, more or less.
Together with a 20'wide utility and ingress/egress easement per Document
2013-6296.
ALSO, part of the North Half (N yz) of the Southeast Quarter (SE '/+) of
Section Eighteen (18), Township One (1) South, Ran°e Nine (9) West in
Washington Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the center of two mag nails found at the northeast corner
of said Half Quarter Section: thence along the North Line of said Half
Quarter Section South 88 degrees 18 minutes 37 seconds West 1931.15 feet
to the centerline of an existing gravel drive: thence along said centerline the
following bearings and distances: South 02 degrees 05 minutes 28 seconds
