Aff - Maier, H Paul Jr_12/8/2014 r AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE ON AUDITOR'S RECORDS JONE C. MAIER (hereafter "Affiant"), being first duly sworn upon her oath states: 1. Affiant is a competent adult. 2. Affiants have personal knowledge of the matters stated herein. 3. Affiant is the duly designated and acting Successor Trustee of the "TRUST FOR H. PAUL MAIER, JR." a testamentary trust established for the benefit of H. PAUL MAIER, JR. and his family under the provisions of The Last Will and Testament of H. Paul Maier dated January 13, 1989, which was duly admitted to probate in the Gibson Circuit Court in Gibson County, Indiana (hereafter the "Trust"). 4. Affiants appointment as Successor Trustee of the Trust came about as a result of the resignations of MARGARET M. JAQUA and HARRIET E. MAIER, the remaining original Trustees of the Trust, which resignations were approved by the Gibson Circuit Court by Order entered August 12, 2014 in Cause Number 26C01-1008-TR-00001, which order also confirmed the appointment of the Affiant as Successor Trustee of the Trust. 5. At the time of her appointment as Successor Trustee of the Trust, the Trust was the owner of the real estate and/or mineral interests located in Posey County, Indiana, more particularly described on "Exhibit A", attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof (the "Real Estate"). 6.
