DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Comes now the Petitioner/Husband, in person and with counsel, Lisa A. Moody, and
comes now also the Respondent/Wife, in person and with counsel, James G. McDonald, III, for
hearing on the Husband's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed herein on May 31, 2011. And
the Respondent having been served with Summons and this cause having been filed for more than
sixty(60) days, the same now comes on for hearing and judgment.
And the Court having heard the evidence and being duly advised in the premises now finds
as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and over the
persons involved in this litigation.
2. That the parties meet the residency requirements for this action.
3. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of of the parties hereto
and that said marriage should be dissolved.
4. That the \Vife is not now pregnant.
5. That the Wife shall have her former name of"Demotte" restored to her (DOB:
10/13/55).
6. That all other matters are taken under advisement.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the •
marriage of Terrell W. Cox and Mary E. Demotte Cox be and the same is hereby dissolved by the
•
reason of irretrievable breakdown and the parties are restored to the status of unmarried persons.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that each of the findings hereinabove
enumerated be and the same are hereby made a part of this Decree by incorporation herein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all other matters are taken under advisement.
