Comes now,J.Robert Kinkle,who being first duly sworn and upon his oath states as follows:
1. I am an attorney in Gibson County, Indiana.
2. As part of my practice, I have represented Daniel and Karen Ellerman.
3. The Daniel Ellerman who was the son of Enos Ellerman was the brother-in-law of
Twila Ellerman
4. I have been advised by the Ellerman's that Enos Ellerman passed from this life, a
resident of Knox County, Indiana, on August 1. 1985.
5. Twila Ellerman, also a resident of Knox County, Indiana, passed from this life on
August 21, 2012.
Further, Affiant sayeth not.
