DECREE
OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Clerk Gibson Clroul4Ui
Comes now the wife; Michelle Besing by Counsel, Michael R. Cochren and comes now
the husband; Brian Besing, pro se and the parties having given testimony and the Court having
heard evidence, the Court hereby Orders, Adjudges and Decrees:
1. That this Court has continuous jurisdiction over this matter;
2. That the parties have been residents of Gibson County for ninety (90) days preceding the
filing of the dissolution of marriage;
3. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage;
4. That the wife is not currently pregnant;
5. That the marriage of the parties is hereby dissolved;
6. That the wife's former name of Young is restored and the wife shall hereafter be known
as Michelle Young;
7. That the wife shall have possession of and shall be the owner of the marital residence and
any and all property attached to the marital residence including a second home that is
placed on the grounds of the marital residence located at 338 E. Mill St., Oakland City,
Indiana. The husband agrees to execute any and all documents required to transfer said
property out of his name. The wife agrees to be responsible for the mortgage on said
property and will give all reasonable efforts to transfer the mortgage into her own name.
The wife shall hold the husband harmless from any and all debt as it pertains to the
mortgage;
8. That the husband shall be declared the owner of a 1997 Dodge truck. The wife agrees to
effectuate any and all documents necessary to transfer said ownership. The husband shall
be responsible for any and all debt on the 1997 Dodge truck and hold the wife harmless
from any and all outstanding debt with regard to said vehicle;
9. That the wife shall be declared the owner of the 1997 Ford Ranger and a Monte Carlo.
The husband agrees to execute any and all documents as it pertains to said vehicles in
order to effectuate transfer of legal ownership. The parties agree that there is no
outstanding. debt on these two vehicles:
10. That the parties agree and the court orders that each party has in their possession all items
they wish to have in their possession and each party shall be declared the owner of the
items that they currently have in their possession and relinquish any claims on any
personal property that the other person has in their possession;
11. That the wife agrees to be responsible for any and all debt that is in her name including
but not limited to credit cards, including the SBC Discover Card, Target Card and JC
Penney Card. The husband agrees to be responsible for any and all debt that is in his
name and that debt that is currently sent to him. The husband also agrees to be
responsible for any and all debts taken out against his 401(k);
12. That the parties agree that they will file their 2009 year taxes jointly as a married couple
and they will split the tax return equally with the husband receiving 50%of the tax return
and with the wife receiving 50% of the tax return;
