That Judith A. Besing died intestate on the 19`" day of February, 2017, and that said decedent was on the day of her death the owner of real estate located at 875 East, Oakland City, IN 47660, in Gibson County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Exhibit A attached hereto. Parcel No. 26-20-03-300-000.051-001, Gibson County, Indiana. 2. That affiant is the husband of Judith A. Besing, deceased. 3. That no will of decedent has ever been probated in any court in the State of Indiana, and that decedent's sole heirs at law under the intestate laws of the State of Indiana are decedent's husband, Larry Paul Besing, and decedent's four sons, to-wit: Anthony Besing, Keith Besing, Kenny Besing, and Brian Besing. 4. That no letters testamentary or of administration upon decedent's estate have been taken out in any court in the State of Indiana. . 5. That decedent's funeral expenses have been paid in full; that no Federal estate tax is owed by reason of decedent's death and no Federal inheritance tax return was required to be prepared. 6. That the sole heirs of decedent are decedent's husband, Larry Paul Besing, and decedent's four sons, to-wit: Anthony Besing, Keith Besing, Kenny Besing, and Brian Besing. 7.
