AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH
J. Robert Kinkle, having been duly sworn and upon his oath, alleges and says as follows:
1. I am an attorney in practice in Gibson County, Indiana.

As part of my practice, I am familiar with the family of James Ice and Stella Ice.
3. Stella Ice passed from this life on September 16, 2010.
4. At the time of her death. Stella Ice was a joint owner in four parcels of real estate
with her husband, James Ice, as follows:
A. Part of Location 2, Township 1 South, Range 10 West in Gibson
County, Indiana, Tax Duplicate No. 26-02-47-002-000.355-017
B. Part of Location 3, Township 1 South, Range 10 West in Gibson
County, Indiana, Tax Duplicate No. 26-02-47-003-000.356-017
C. Lots 19, 20 and 22 in Buena Vista, Tax Duplicate No. 26-02-02-
000-000.106-017.
D. Lots 27, 28 and part of Lot 21 in Buena Vista; Tax Duplicate No.
26-06-02-000-000.353-017.
5. As a result of her death, the real estate described in paragraph 4 passed to her
husband, James Ice.
Further, Affiant sayeth not.
