SUMMARY DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
The matter now comes before the Court for a summary Final hearing and the Court
considers evidence, including the verified Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed more than
sixty(60) clays prior to this date, and including the Property Settlement Agreement of the parties.
Both parties have filed a Waiver of Final Hearing and statement that there arc no contested
issues, and the Court being duly advised now finds that the marriage of the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. There are no children of the marriage. The Court finds that the
Property Settlement Agreement is not unconscionable and the same is hereby approved by the
Court and made a part of this Decree, the same as if set forth fully herein and each of the parties
is ordered to carry out the terms and conditions of the Property Settlement Agreement.
The man-iage of the parties is hereby DISSOLVED and the parties are restored to the
status of unmarried persons.
That the wife shall have her maiden name of LINDSEY restored to her.
