• I. That this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and over the persons involved in
this litigation.
2. That the parties meet the residency requirements for this action.
3. That there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage of the parties hereto and that said
marriage should be dissolved.
