established this survey as a result of.

The purpose of this Original Survey is to monument and describe a survey parcel to assist in creating a new tax parcel. The
subject tract is located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 2 South,Range 10 West,Patoka Township,Gibson
County,Indiana. This survey was requested by the current tract owner Mr.Ralph Beloat
Real-time GPS equipment was used to locate the found monuments at the PLS and lot corners as shown on the survey plat
The Relative Positional Accuracy,as defined by IAC 885,Is a value expressed in feet that represents uncertainty due to
random errors in measurement of any point on a survey relative to any other point on the same survey,at a 95 percent
confidence level. The RPA of this survey is within the specifications set forth by IAC 865 for an"Rural"survey(0.28 feet plus
100 parts per million).
Record Documents
The parent tract is described as aliquot parts and recorded in two separate record documents. The record description found in
Deed Drawer 3 Card 2889 Is the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4. The record description found in
Document 2013-2410 la the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4.
The adjoining Watt tract recorded in Deed Drawer 6 Card 2881 described by metes and bounds is referenced this survey.
The non-adjoining Creek tract recorded in Document 95-3203 described by metes and bounds with monuments called out at
the corners is referenced this survey.

Reference Monuments and Theory of Location
In the field research for this survey,sufficient evidence was found,as shown on the survey plat,which provided data
toverify or reestablish the record title lines of the subject tract. Unless noted otherwise on the plat of survey,all found
and set monuments are flush with the ground, in good material condition and firmly set in the ground. This report
provides information on the found monuments that were used to support this survey by identifying each monument by
its survey point letter. Variances were found with the measured distance between found monuments as compared to
their record calls and are noted on the accompanying plat
Points A, B-found monuments as referenced by the Gibson County Surveyor for said Section 4.
Point C-existing fence post accepted as being the southeast corner of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 4 due to adjoining found monuments being at or near the record calls from said corner. Existing fence runs to
the north and the centerline of Taft Town Road runs to the south from said point
Point D-origin of found monument is unknown. Measured location of found monument is at or near the record calls
from Point C and Is accepted this survey as the northeast corner afire adjoining Watt tract described in Deed Drawer
5 Card 2881.
Points E and F-found monuments as called out in the record description found in Document 1995-3203. Said
monuments are at or near the record calls from the fence post found and accepted at Point C.
The northwest corner of the Survey Tract 1 is established along a line from Point A to Point B at a location picked by
the client The southwest corner and the south line of Survey Tract 1 is also at a location picked by the client so that
the existing fence would be near the survey line but remain on the parent tract(tract south of Survey Tract 1).
The west line of Survey Tract 2 is along an existing fence. The south line is at a location picked by the client The
north line Is at a calculated location for the north line of the southeast quarter of said northeast quarter based on
calculated splits of the lines of the northeast quarter.
