ORDER
Comes now the Intervenor Phyllis Baumgart in person and by her attorney Jerry D.
Stilwell on December 6, 2019 for hearing on Complaint filed herein April 13, 2015 against
Plaintiff Tammra S. Stuckey. And Tammra S. Stuckey having been given notice of this hearing
by certified mail, return receipt requested, fails to appear herein.
And the Court having heard the evidence and being duly and sufficiently advised FINDS
as follows:
1. On or about January 11, 2014 Intervenor Phyllis Baumgart loaned to her son
Rohn A. Baumgart and his then girlfriend Tammra S. Stuckey the sum of Twenty Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($20,250.00) for purchase of a certain 2003 Holly Park mobile home
located at 502 S. Main Street, Fort Branch, Gibson County, Indiana.
2. Plaintiff Tammra S. Stuckey is the individual who took title work to the Bureau of
Motor Vehicles regarding said mobile home.
3. Intervenor Phyllis Baumgart was to have been made a lien holder on said title,
and the title was to have been in the name of Intervenor's son Rohn A. Baumgart.
4. The title to the vehicle was placed jointly between Rohn A. Baumgart and
Tammra S. Stuckey, and Intervenor Phyllis Baumgart was not made a lienholder on said title.
5. That title to said mobile home should be solely in the name of Rohn A. Baumgart,
said mobile home being a 2003 Holly Park, VIN 1HP03467; title number 15419043000014.
6. That Intervenor Phyllis Baumgart has testified that if title is made solely to Rohn
A. Baumgart that she does not need to be made a lienholder on said title.
7. That Plaintiff Tammra S. Stuckey has no legal interest in and to said mobile
home. ��

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court as follows:
1. Plaintiff Tammra S. Stuckey has no interest in that certain 2003 Holly Park
mobile home, VIN 1HP03467; title number 15419043000014. •
2. That pursuant to the evidence heard by the Court the 2003 Holly Park mobile
home should be solely in the name of Rohn A. Baumgart, and the Bureau of Motor Vehicles is
ordered to cause said 2003 Holly Park mobile home, VIN 1HP03467, title number
15419043000014 to be issued in the name of Rohn A. Baumgart.
