This Trustee's Deed is executed and delivered pursuant to that certain Agreement
between the Co-Trustees and the beneficiaries of the Marlin A. Sollman Trust, said
Agreement dated July 25, 2021 and recorded August 2, 2021 as Document
202100004222, Office of Recorder, Gibson County, Indiana.
SUBJECT to all rights-of-way, restrictions, conditions, covenants, easements and
limitations of record and further SUBJECT to ten percent (10%) of the tenant net farm
proceeds from said real estate be paid for the benefit of Marlene Sollman so long as
she is living and an additional ten percent (10%) paid to Daniel Lamey so long as he is
living.
Grantee, by acceptance of this Trustee's Deed assumes and agrees to pay real estate
taxes and assessments due and payable May, 2022 and thereafter.
Grantors herein Michael J. Sollman and Daniel L. Sollman certify that The Trust
Agreement of Marlin A. Sollman dated May 17, 2005 and as Amended does grant the
right to convey and/or sell Grantor's interest in this parcel of real estate held by the
Trust.
