THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH,That the TRUSTEES OF THE GRAND LODGE
OF INDIANA,INDEPENDENT ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS OF INDIANA,
INCORPORATED,successors in interest of the Trustees of Hazleton Lodge No..389
LO.O_F. (no longer chartered),an Indiana Corporation,
RELEASE, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM
to THE TRUSTEES OF THE HAZLETON COMMUNITY CEMETERY,INC. , an
Indiana, not for profit corporation, for the sum of One Dollar($1.00)and other valuable
consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,the following
described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
A part of Lot 172 in Lunsford J.Thorne's Addition to Eastern Enlargement to the
Town of Hazleton and a western part of Location 101, Township I North, Range
10 West in White River Township, all in Gibson County, Indiana,and further
described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 172 of Lunsford J. Thorne's Addition
and measure East along the South line of said Lot and its Eastern extension, a
distance of 560 feet to a 5/8 inch iron set; thence measure North,a distance of
100.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron set; thence measure West, approximately parallel
to the South line of said Lot,a distance of 548 feet to a 5/8 inch iron set;
thence measure South along the West line of said Lot 172,a distance of 100
feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.27 acres.
ALSO, Part of Location No. 101, Township 1 N., Range10 W bounded as
follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot No. 171 Thorne's Addition
to the Eastern Enlargement to the town of Hazleton and running thence in an
easterly direction along the north side of said Lot No. 171 to the northeast
corner thereof and on in the same easterly direction across the grantor's land
to the east line thereof; thence in a southerly direction to the south line of his
lands at the southeast corner thereof; thence in a westerly direction along the
south line of said Location No. 101 and the Public Highway thereon to the
southwest corner of the aforesaid Lot No. 1 71; thence in a northerly direction
along the west side of said Lot No. 171 to the place of beginning, containing 4
1/2 acres more or less.
EXCEPT, Beginning at the South East Corner of above Described Real
Estate,and running in a Westerly Direction along the South Line of said
Location#101, and the Public Highway thereon,to an Iron Stake set 100 feet
distance. Thence in a Northerly direction to an Iron Stake set 100 feet west of
the North-East Corner, of the above described Real Estate. Thence in an
Easternly direction along the North Line of the above described Real Estate to

Grantor certifies under oath that no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due and payable by

The undersigned persons executing this deed on behalf of Grantor represent and certify
that they are the duly elected trustees of Grantor and have been fully empowered by
proper resolution to execute and deliver this deed; that Grantor has full capacity to convey
the real estate described, and that all necessary action for the making of such conveyance
has been duly taken.
