ORDER VACATING PRIOR ORDER ON ISSUANCE OF TAX DEED, SETTING
ASIDE TAX DEED AND EXTENDING REDEMPTION PERIOD r
Comes now the Court, having reviewed Petitioner's Motion to Vacate Order Granting
Tax Deed Petition and Extend Redemption Period, and being first duly advised, now finds
the same is appropriate and should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Court's Order entered on October 12, 2022
granting Petitioner the issuance of a tax deed for the below identified real property is hereby
VACATED:

(hereinafter the "Property").
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the tax deed for the Property recorded on or about
December 22, 2022 as Instrument No.: 202200005593 is hereby SET ASIDE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the redemption period for the Property is hereby
extended for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, and the Gibson County
Auditor is directed to accept and process the redemption of the same pursuant to IC 6-1.1-
25-3 as if the Property was redeemed on the last date for redemption. Upon said redemption,
the Gibson County Auditor shall transfer the Property to the record owner prior to the
issuance of the tax deed and record a copy of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's tax deed petition is hereby DISMISSED
as MOOT.
